Extended Winter Support

Throughout the winter period, while our phone lines are closed at weekends, our customer.service@tepeo.com inbox is monitored regularly between 9:00am and 2:00pm.

  • Urgent issues (e.g. no heating or hot water) are prioritised, with an aim to respond within 4 hours.
  • Non-urgent enquiries will be responded to within 2 working days, or once normal operations resume.

You may also find answers to many non-urgent questions in our Help Centre.

Heating or Hot Water Emergency?

If your heating system has experienced a complete breakdown outside of our operating hours, please contact your certified installer directly for immediate, on-site urgent assistance.
