Every ZEB comes with up to a 10-year guarantee, provided it is maintained in line with our requirements.
We offer two simple maintenance options designed to provide peace of mind and keep your heat battery boiler running at its best, depending on the level of support you need.

The annual ZEB Health Check is the minimum maintenance needed to help keep your guarantee valid and your heat battery boiler running as it should.
A tepeo trusted engineer will check the water quality in your heating system, clear filters, inspect parts for signs of wear, clean components where needed, check for leaks, carry out an electrical safety test and make sure your ZEB is working smoothly.
Unlike many traditional heating system services, the ZEB Health Check includes any ZEB parts that may be needed, so there are no hidden costs for covered ZEB components.
Once your ZEB is installed, we’ll send you a yearly reminder when your Health Check is due, making it simple to stay on top of your maintenance.
For context, a typical annual heat pump service can cost around £200-£250, while a standard boiler service can cost around £120-£130. The ZEB Health Check is £179 per year.
The tepeo Care Plan is our monthly maintenance option, designed to help keep your ZEB running smoothly and your guarantee in place.
For £12.75 per month, the Care Plan includes your annual ZEB Health Check, plus ongoing support through remote monitoring. Your ZEB is connected to our cloud-based platform, so if a fault appears or we spot something unusual, we can let you know and help get it sorted quickly.
The Care Plan also gives you access to discounts on fixed-price repairs for other essential parts of your heating system that are not covered by the ZEB guarantee.
It’s a simple way to spread the cost of maintenance and get extra reassurance that your ZEB is being looked after by people who understand it.
The ZEB is built to last, and we want the guarantee to be clear and easy to understand.
The main parts of the ZEB are covered for up to 10 years, while some components have shorter guarantee periods based on how they work and how often they are expected to be used.
