How our referral program works

1. Tell us who you’ve referred

Email customer.service@tepeo.com quoting your ZEB ID and the full name of the person you’re referring.

When the person you’ve referred gets in touch, please ask them to let us know, too.

2. They explore whether a ZEB suits their home

Your friend must be a new customer of tepeo or a tepeoPRO authorised installer and live in an area where the ZEB can currently be delivered and installed.

The ZEB will not be right for every property, so suitability will need to be assessed before they proceed.

3. Their ZEB is installed

The referral becomes successful once your friend has completed their purchase and their ZEB has been installed and commissioned.

4. You both receive £250

We’ll arrange a £250 payment for you and a £250 payment for your friend within four weeks of the installation and commissioning being completed. Payments may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Many people still do not know that heat battery boilers exist. Sharing your experience could help someone find a lower-carbon heating solution that suits their home.
